Pope Francis has called each of us to be “missionary disciples.” This invitation encourages every Christian to strengthen their relationship with the Lord as well as find ways to share their faith. To assist you in answering the call of Pope Francis, the Diocese of Syracuse is preparing to host the seventh annual IGNITE Catholic Men’s Conference. It will again be held at the SRC Center on the campus of Onondaga Community College. The conference theme for IGNITE 2015 is “Rise up. Be strong. You are sent.” At this year’s conference, Curtis Martin, Steve Ray, and Fr. Larry Richards will challenge every man who attends to find their strength in the Lord.

Mark your calendar for March 21, 2015, when we will have the opportunity to strengthen one another and stand up together as missionary disciples sent out by the Lord.

—Most Rev. Robert J. Cunningham
